Shuman Plastics Inc. Contest Rules and Regulations NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to win is offered only in the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. The Contest begins in September 2007 and ends in December 2007.
A prize of one (1) $100 Gift Certificate will be awarded to one (1) individual winner. The winning entry will be chosen by our technical staff within the first month of 2008, based on the application and results submitted by registrants on our website, www.dynapurge.com/contact/story.asp. Only the prize specified will be awarded and no substitutions or transfers are allowed.
Participants must complete all required fields of the registration form, including their contact information and experience using Dyna-Purge, to be automatically entered in the Contest. Shuman Plastics also reserves the right to contact the participant to ask for additional information pertaining to the specific application. Only one entry per person.
Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
Shuman Plastics Inc., as the sponsor of the Contest, is not responsible for errors in any drawing material, for mutilated, illegible, stolen, or incomplete entries; or for late, lost, or misdirected mail. It is also understood that by submitting the application information the participant is authorized to release such information to Shuman Plastics Inc. and to the public. All entries become the property of Shuman Plastics Inc. and will not be returned. The decisions of Shuman Plastics Inc. are final.
The $100 Gift Certificate may be chosen by the winner; however, Shuman Plastics Inc. retains the right to make all final decisions. The gift certificate will be sent via email or regular mail. The Contest is open to all current professionals in the plastics industry that are at least 18 years of age. Shuman Plastics' employees, corporate officers, and family members or others residing in the household of employees or corporate officers of Shuman Plastics Inc., are not eligible to enter the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and accept all decisions of Shuman Plastics Inc. as final.
Winner agrees that Shuman Plastics Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from entry into the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
